Cover Up
When it comes to bright tones, you may need to do a little cover up with primer. The white base is recommended to cover as a canvas for your colours to show. You can achieve this with a white toned primer or thick strokes of white matter eye pencil that should be applied on the lid.
Pick Well
With millions of shades of shouting bright shadow, you need to pick the right one that will suit you. Skins with cool undertones can look amazing in violets, blues and greens while those with warm undertones are great in shades of yellow, orange and red. A right shade can do you good when it comes to picking your colour.
Stay Close
If you are trying this the first time, make sure that you are careful in using a bright eye shadow. You should apply with a limit so that you don’t look intimidating.
Blend Away
You should not forget to blend your bright eye shadow well towards the edges. If it is not blended, it may look patchy. Ensure that you go for a seamless appearance on the lids.
Build It
For you to get the perfect intensity, make use of a narrow applicator brush dampened with water and apply on your lid. You should let it dry before reapplying.
